User Responsibilities

AI Features and Generated Content

AI Features and Generated Content

AI features (including AI cutout, inpainting, HD repair, AI expand, etc.) use artificial intelligence to generate content. Due to the nature of AI technology, generated results may contain imperfections.

To prevent confusion, Qise Motu adds invisible identifiers (including digital watermarks, metadata tags, etc.) to AI-generated images. These identifiers do not affect normal image use or visual quality.

When using, publishing, or distributing AI-generated content, you must:

• Prominently indicate that the content is AI-generated
• Not remove or alter the invisible identifiers added by Qise Motu
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding AI-generated content

You bear full responsibility for AI-generated content you create and use. Qise Motu assumes no liability arising from the use of AI-generated content.

Intellectual Property

The platform code, product branding, and related resources are protected by applicable laws. User-uploaded materials remain owned by the user or rightful owner.

Limitation of Liability

We continuously improve service stability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access in all cases.

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of the service means you accept the latest version.
